October is ‘Bring a Friend’ Month

Bring a friend to a class and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card.

We’ve set up some special fun classes to introduce your friends to martial arts.

  • Wednesday, October 5, 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, October 15, Noon
  • Tuesday, October 18, 6:00 pm
  • Friday, October 21, 7:00 pm
Just fill out the form below, or add your name to our sign up sheet at the front desk.

A few things to remember

  • If your friend is under 18, make sure you have parental permission.
  • Remind your friend to wear loose, comfortable clothes, like sweats or shorts.
  • It’s always a good idea to bring a water bottle.
  • If you friend has an health concerns or special needs, please make sure to let the instructors know.

• White and Yellow belts: 10:20 am
• Orange and Green belts: 10:50 am
• Blue and Blue First belts: 11:30 am
• Red, Red First and Brown belts: 12:10

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your session.

Grandmaster Kim’s Visit

We are honored to host Supreme Grandmaster Kim Bok Man at our Northern Colorado Korean Martial Arts Tournament. Grandmaster Shipp and students from the New Jersey Chun Kuhn Do school will also be visiting.

Training Classes

We will have an opportunity to train with them:

  • Thursday, July 21,  7:00 pm
  • Friday, July 22,  10:00 am
  • Friday, July 22, 6:00 pm

Dinner on Saturday

Saturday, July 23, 6:00 pm

We will be hosting a dinner with Supreme Grandmaster Kim, Black Belts, Instructors and Masters on Saturday, at 6:00 pm. Restaurant TBA.

Kids Party

Saturday, July 23, 8:00 pm to Midnight

Let’s celebrate an awesome day of competition and good sportsmanship and get to know all the out of town visitors. Kids of any age are invited to eat pizza and watch movies … maybe throw in a couple of games, too. $10 per child

Spring and Summer Volunteer Opportunties

Local Volunteer Opportunities

We encourage all of our students to be involved with their community and one of the best ways is to donate time and effort by volunteering for local events and charities.

Black Belts must also put in 20 hours (for students under 16) or 40 hours (for students over 16 years old) to be eligible to test for their next belt.

CV Rotary Club Easter Egg Hunt

Egg Stuffing will be at Anderson Farms:
Wednesday, March 16 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm
Thursday, March 17 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm (this is a potluck)
Both days are come and go – you do not need to sign up.
Easter Egg Hunt – March 26 at Hart Park
They need help putting out the eggs for the children to find.
Most likely would need to be there around 12:00 or so.
