Saturday, November 1, 4:00 pm We’ll be performing at the Imagine Charter School Fall Festival on November 1. Our amazing demo team will be joined by additional Integrity Martial Arts students who also attend Imagine. We’ll have patterns, fight choreographs, weapons and of course, break boards. Practice your board breaking before testing or just have fun breaking stuff. We will practice both hand and foot techniques for breaking, as well as cover the proper way to hold boards for different breaks. Each attendee will break five boards with five different techniques. $25 per attendee. Sign up sheet at the front desk.
