Integrity Martial Arts Demo Team

Practices are Wednesdays @ 7:00 pm and Saturdays @ 10:30 am

The demo team is open to all students of Integrity Martial Arts with a rank of Blue Belt or above. Demo team members must be able to attend practices and participate in demonstrations.

For all demo team members

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the event. Bring your uniform, a pair of shoes you can wear to perform in (NOT flip flops, sandals or Crocs), and your weapons.

Performances are usually held outside, during the summer months. Demo team members should make sure to bring water and wear sunscreen.
