Board Breaking in February

Saturday, February 4, 2:00 – 3:30 pm

Practice your board breaking before testing or just have fun breaking stuff. We will practice both hand and foot techniques for breaking, as well as cover the proper way to hold boards for different breaks.

Each attendee will break five boards with five different techniques. $15 per attendee.

Summer Camp: Activities Camp 1 & 2

Activities Camp 1: June 2-6 & June 9-13
Activities Camp 2: July 14-18 & July 21-25

This summer camp the kids will stay active with summer activities, including:

  • Swimming
  • Hiking
  • Golf
  • Fishing
  • Skating

Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 3:30 PM. Ages 7 – 14.

Summer Camp: Movie Camp

June 16-July 11

Thank you for your interest in our martial arts summer movie camp!

Join us for a special summer camp. We’re making a movie and you can be involved in every step, ending with a special screening of your work. Whether you’re a martial arts buff or aspiring actor … this is one summer camp you don’t want to miss.

Activities

  • Martial Arts — This is a martial arts school, so children will participate in drills and choreographed sparring under the direct supervision of an Integrity Martial Arts instructor.
  • Exercise — To prepare for their part in the movie, participants will do regular exercise. For example, running, push-ups, crunches and stretching exercises, including Yoga.
  • Movie Research — Watch some famous action films like Karate Kid and the Chinese Connection
  • Art Projects — Build sets, paint, create costumes and apply costume make-up
  • Filming — Each participant will make an appearance in the film.DVDs will be available at an additional cost.
  • Field Trips — Some parts of the film will be shot on location in and around the Carbon Valley. Each trip will be supervised by an Integrity Martial Arts agent.
  • Children must bring lunch, a water bottle and sunscreen.

Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 3:30 PM. Ages 7 – 14.
